To that effect, we are pleased to confirm that in the unlikely event that you wish to return your purchase we will organise the return for you at NO EXTRA COST.
All we ask is that you notify us within 3 days of delivery, and that the mirror is put back into its original packaging and resealed. Of course we accept returns within 28 days, but these would need to be returned to us at your own cost.

At Mirrors Online Direct Ltd, MOD, delivery of your mirrors is critically important to us. We want you to be happy with your purchase and the time in which it reaches you.
Our Delivery Process
Delivery of our larger or more delicate mirrors, is by a specially selected and trusted mirror delivery experts who have their own fleet of vehicles throughout the UK. They work within defined delivery times, dependent on your postcode. We will tell you your exact dispatch date when we arrange that all important delivery.
For smaller mirrors, we make use of a reliable, fast yet careful courier service meaning we can often deliver your chosen mirror within 2 days of receiving your order.
Deliveries outside UK mainland
All prices quoted on the site include FREE delivery to anywhere within the UK mainland. For deliveries to Northern & Southern Ireland the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle Of White and the Highlands and Islands we reserve the right to levy an additional £20- £70 depending on mirror size and destination. Please call us for a quote before ordering.
Europe and Rest of World Deliveries
We regularly deliver mirrors to many countries in mainland Europe. Before placing your order, please contact us for an accurate delivery quote. This can be done either by email at info@mirrorsonlinedirect.co.uk or by calling us on +44 (0)1753 369085. Please let us know which mirror(s) you are interested in and the city, country and postcode we should deliver to.
Regrettably we are currently unable to deliver any mirrors outside Europe. However, if you are able to organise your own transport simply get in touch to discuss the options.
